The BR Engineering prototype, created in partnership with Italian chassis manufacturer Dallara, made a striking appearance at the 2018 24 Hours of Le Mans. This non-hybrid prototype from Russia was backed by substantial financial, technical and human resources. Despite its impressive setup, it struggled to compete against the dominant force of Toyota Gazoo Racing’s Japanese armada. Nevertheless, the BR Engineering car’s debut at Le Mans showcased the ambition and drive of the Russian team on motorsport’s biggest stage.
